1. Our Approach to Accessibility
We are committed to welcoming all guests and to providing clear, honest information to help people decide whether our farm and accommodation will be suitable for their individual needs.
As a small, independently run holiday letting business located on a working farm, our setting is rural and characterful, which means that some areas and buildings are not fully accessible to all visitors. Where possible, we aim to be flexible, helpful, and accommodating, and we are always happy to discuss individual requirements before booking.

2. The Farm (General Access)
Our accommodation is located on an active working farm.

Surfaces around the farm may be uneven, gravelled, grassy, muddy, or weather-dependent

Paths are not uniformly level or paved

Livestock, farm vehicles, and agricultural activity are present
For these reasons, the farm environment may be challenging for guests with significant mobility impairments, wheelchair users, or those requiring fully step-free, smooth access throughout.
That said, many guests with mild to moderate mobility needs enjoy staying with us, particularly when choosing the most suitable accommodation and with prior discussion.
3. Individual Accommodation Accessibility

Due to the nature of the boat, this accommodation may be unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility restrictions, but may be enjoyed by guests who are comfortable in compact spaces.

Jimmy’s Shed is a ground-floor, cottage-style property and is one of our more accessible options.
