THE LOFT

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

 

The Loft comprises of a large open plan living space downstairs with an extremely well equipped kitchen including electric oven and hob, microwave, Nutri Bullet and dining table with 4 chairs. Also provided are fresh milk, orange juice, a bottle of wine and crisps and biscuits. The living space comprises of a large L shaped sofa, wood burner and a 55” Smart HDTV. Outside there is a secluded garden area with a private hot tub, fire pit, barbecue and table and chairs set in a totally secluded yard. There is ample parking space.

 

Upstairs is a large, spacious bedroom with a super king size bed, electric wood burner and beautiful freestanding bath. There is a stable door leading out onto a wrought iron staircase affording a lovely view of the farm. There is a separate room on the landing just outside the bedroom with a loo, large vanity unit housing an array of toiletries and bath

robes!

Dogs are more than welcome with a secure garden so they can run around quite happily outside!
