JIMMY'S SHED

So called Jimmy’s Shed because of the faithful old stallion that lived here but this is so much more than a shed....this lovely little historical barn is totally secluded and private and has been painstakingly and lovingly restored making the most of all the original features, the fantastic views and the total peace and tranquillity. It has been beautifully designed using mainly reclaimed and salvage materials resulting in a truly stunning and unique place to stay!

 

This beautiful barn offers you unspoilt views across open fields. A large enclosed garden. Decking area with a private hot tub, bbq, fire pit and table and chairs. Sitting in the hot tub gazing at the stars you’ll find nowhere better! Inside is an open plan kitchen area with double oven, fridge/freezer, butler’s sink, cupboard space and a drop down table with bar stools for indoor dining next to the wood burner. There is fresh milk, orange juice and a bottle of wine in the fridge, tea coffee, sugar, crisps and biscuits also supplied!

 

The bed is superking size with bedside tables and a sumptuous feather mattress topper! The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo and basin and a handy shelving unit to hold all your toiletries.

 

Jimmy’s is located on a working thoroughbred stud farm - guests are free to walk around the farm, seeing the horses and the surrounding countryside. We live and work on the farm so are available 24/7 - we are happy to leave guests to their own devices or equally happy to show them around and have a chat!

 

Dogs are more than welcome with a secure garden so they can run around quite happily outside!
