Manor Farm Stays offers four idyllic properties in one serene location, ideal for your holiday getaway. Each property combines comfort with tranquillity, ensuring a restful experience for families and friends alike. Set on a working stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer.
The lovely historic town of Hingham is 5 minutes by car, it offers a well stocked supermarket, butchers, bakery, chemist, pub and takeaway! We are ideally situated in central Norfolk making driving to the beautiful unspoilt beaches on the North Norfolk coast, lovely little market towns and the city of Norwich very easy.
We live and work on the farm so will always be available should you need anything and are always available should you need anything!

Our Retreats
The Loft
A beautifully restored double storey hay loft with a large super king bed and feature bath tub upstairs. A fully stocked kitchen with a large seating area and smart TV downstairs. There is also a hot tub in a secluded and very private courtyard outside.
The Woodland Boat
The woodland boat is a lovingly restored 40ft barge boat on stilts in a secluded spot on the farm. With a king size bed, log burner, smart TV and separate bathroom this is the most unique holiday let on the property. You will not forget your stay here!
Jimmy's Shed
Named after the old stallion that lived here for 30 years, this barn has been turned into a beautiful retreat for anyone looking for peace and quiet with a stunning view. There is a fully stocked kitchen, log burner, shower room, super king bed and hot tub!
The Picture House
The old tractor barn has been converted into a film lovers dream. Film posters, a 75" smart TV a full size pool table in the main room, a super king bed in the bedroom and bathroom. This is a peaceful place to unwind, light a fire and watch whatever you like!
